Aggiungete acqua al bisogno. A cottura ultimata salate, aggiungete il riso scolato e mescolate il tutto.<br \/>\nA parte preparate gli straccetti di ceci: mescolate la farina di ceci con un po\u2019 di acqua e un filo di olio fino ad ottenere una pastella fluida e unite un pizzico di polvere di curcuma.<br \/>\nIn una padella antiaderente fate cuocere a fiamma alta e \u201cstrapazzate\u201d come fossero uova in modo da creare degli straccetti.<br \/>\nUnite al riso, guarnite con i fiori e servite<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-10961\" src=\"https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1078\" height=\"516\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1.jpg 1078w, https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1-300x144.jpg 300w, https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1-1024x490.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1-702x336.jpg 702w, https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1-251x120.jpg 251w, https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1-600x287.jpg 600w, https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/polpette-birra-1-251x120@2x.jpg 502w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1078px) 100vw, 1078px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Polpette di seitan alla birra<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ingredienti<\/b><br \/>\n<i>200 g di seitan<\/i><br \/>\n<i>170 g di lenticchie gi\u00e0 cotte<\/i><br \/>\n<i>1 spicchio di aglio<\/i><br \/>\n<i>1 cucchiaio di pangrattato<\/i><br \/>\n<i>1 cucchiaio di farina di ceci<\/i><br \/>\n<i>1 cucchiaio di lievito in scaglie<\/i><br \/>\n<i>150 ml di birra<\/i><br \/>\n<i>sale<\/i><br \/>\n<i>olio<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Preparazione<\/b><br \/>\nPrendi il seitan e taglialo a pezzettini.<br \/>\nFai soffriggere l\u2019aglio e salta il seitan e le lenticchie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Quando saranno ben insaporiti, togli l\u2019aglio e frulla il tutto in un mixer.<br \/>\nMetti il composto in una terrina e aggiungi gli altri ingredienti.<br \/>\nForma le polpette (pi\u00f9 piccole sono e pi\u00f9 sono buone) e disponile su una teglia, infornandole per una decina di minuti a 200\u00b0.<br \/>\nMetti poi a scaldare un po\u2019 di olio in una padella capiente, facci rosolare dentro le polpette (fai attenzione perch\u00e9 sono molto delicate e tendono a disfarsi: delicatezza!).<br \/>\nQuando sono ben dorate, versa la birra e lascia sfumare finch\u00e9 il liquido non \u00e8 asciutto.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>Foto \u00a9 Dott.
