Aggiungete il cavolo e fate stufare per una decina di minuti coperto a fiamma media (aggiungete acqua se asciuga troppo).<br \/>\nQuando il cavolo \u00e8 cotto unite i fagioli edamame ben scolati e lavati. Se necessario aggiungete acqua fino a cottura.<br \/>\nAggiungete alla fine il tofu scolato e il sesamo e fate saltare a fiamma allegra.<br \/>\nUnite al riso una cucchiaiata di marinatura del tofu e delle arachidi tritate.<br \/>\nServite accostandoli in un unico piatto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>Foto \u00a9 Dott.
