{"id":11072,"date":"2020-10-05T15:15:50","date_gmt":"2020-10-05T13:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.viverevegan.org\/?p=11072"},"modified":"2020-10-07T19:14:37","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T17:14:37","slug":"lunedi-autunno-inverno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/lunedi-autunno-inverno\/","title":{"rendered":"Luned\u00ec"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 28px; padding-left: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 150%; color: black;\">Ricette<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Pasta e fagioli neri<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>fagioli neri cotti (e loro acqua di cottura)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>aglio<\/em><br \/>\n<em>cipolla<\/em><br \/>\n<em>carote<\/em><br \/>\n<em>olio evo<\/em><br \/>\n<em>sale qb<\/em><br \/>\n<em>mezzo bicchiere di vino rosso<\/em><br \/>\n<em>passata di pomodoro<\/em><br \/>\n<em>rigatoni integrali<\/em><br \/>\n<em>rosmarino per guarnire<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparazione<\/strong><br \/>\nFai un trito fine di cipolla, aglio e carte e lascialo sfrigolare in poco olio, aggiungendo un pizzico di sale.<br \/>\nA questo punto unisci i fagioli neri scolandoli dal liquido di cottura (che dev\u2019essere conservato) e falli rosolare.<br \/>\nSfuma col vino rosso, aggiungi la passata di pomodoro e fai cuocere per 20 minuti a fuoco basso.<br \/>\nPrendi infine una mestolata della preparazione, frullala a parte con un frullatore a immersione e riuniscila nel pentolone.<br \/>\nA questo punto unisci la pasta cruda e portala a cottura aggiungendo l\u2019acqua dei fagioli un po\u2019 per volta.<br \/>\nServi con un filo d\u2019olio crudo e qualche fogliolina di rosmarino.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Polpette di seitan alla birra<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>200 g di seitan<\/em><br \/>\n<em>170 g di lenticchie gi\u00e0 cotte<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 spicchio di aglio<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 cucchiaio di pangrattato<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 cucchiaio di farina di ceci<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 cucchiaio di lievito in scaglie<\/em><br \/>\n<em>150 ml di birra<\/em><br \/>\n<em>sale<\/em><br \/>\n<em>olio<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparazione<\/strong><br \/>\nPrendi il seitan e taglialo a pezzettini.<br \/>\nFai soffriggere l\u2019aglio e salta il seitan e le lenticchie.<\/p>\n<p>Quando saranno ben insaporiti, togli l\u2019aglio e frulla il tutto in un mixer.<br \/>\nMetti il composto in una terrina e aggiungi gli altri ingredienti.<br \/>\nForma le polpette (pi\u00f9 piccole sono e pi\u00f9 sono buone) e disponile su una teglia, infornandole per una decina di minuti a 200\u00b0.<br \/>\nMetti poi a scaldare un po\u2019 di olio in una padella capiente, facci rosolare dentro le polpette (fai attenzione perch\u00e9 sono molto delicate e tendono a disfarsi: delicatezza!).<br \/>\nQuando sono ben dorate, versa la birra e lascia sfumare finch\u00e9 il liquido non \u00e8 asciutto.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Foto \u00a9 Dott.
