{"id":11169,"date":"2020-10-07T11:54:08","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T09:54:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.viverevegan.org\/?p=11169"},"modified":"2020-10-07T12:10:31","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T10:10:31","slug":"pancake-di-ceci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/pancake-di-ceci\/","title":{"rendered":"Pancake con farina di ceci"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>due cucchiai di farina integrale<\/em><br \/>\n<em>un cucchiaio e mezzo di farina di ceci<\/em><br \/>\n<em>latte di riso q.b.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>mezzo cucchiaino di bicarbonato<\/em><br \/>\n<em>un cucchiaino di succo di limone<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparazione<\/strong><br \/>\nMescola le farine e aggiungi il latte di riso fino alla consistenza di una pastella, alla fine metti il bicarbonato e il limone, gira con vigore in modo da farli reagire (fungono da lievito).<br \/>\nVersa una mestolata di composto su una BUONA PADELLA (la padella giusta \u00e8 l\u201980% della riuscita dei pancake) antiaderente, unta con pochissimo olio (io tolgo l\u2019eccesso con della carta assorbente) e ben calda. Quando vedrai che la superficie superiore si asciuga, gira il pancake con l\u2019aiuto di una spatolina o spadellando e termina la cottura dall&#8217;altro lato.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Foto \u00a9 Dott.
