{"id":14855,"date":"2021-09-07T08:54:29","date_gmt":"2021-09-07T06:54:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.viverevegan.org\/?p=14855"},"modified":"2021-09-16T07:41:32","modified_gmt":"2021-09-16T05:41:32","slug":"ricetta-polpettone-proteico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/web.studioinformatico.net\/viverevegan\/ricetta-polpettone-proteico\/","title":{"rendered":"Ricetta &#8220;Polpettone proteico&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Per integrare proteine abbiamo la possibilit\u00e0 di crearci a casa dei preparati gustosi, nutrienti e a basso contenuto di carboidrati.<br \/>\nHo pensato a questo polpettone molto pratico da creare e di sicura riuscita naturalmente seguendo le dosi e gli ingredienti elencati, buona sperimentazione cruelty free a tutti \u2764\ufe0f<\/h3>\n<h2>Ingredienti per 4 persone<\/h2>\n<p><strong>ingredienti<\/strong><br \/>\n10 cucchiai di glutine<br \/>\n2 cucchiai di farina di pisello<br \/>\n3 cucchiai di farina di lupino<br \/>\n1 cucchiaio di psylium<br \/>\n1 cucchiaio di agar agar bio<br \/>\n4 cucchiai di paprica affumicata<br \/>\n1 cucchiai di semi di chia<br \/>\n3 spicchi d&#8217;aglio in purea<br \/>\n1 cucchiaino di sale integrale<br \/>\n250 ml di acqua<br \/>\nq.b. rosmarino, salvia<\/p>\n<h2>Procedura<\/h2>\n<p>Frullare le erbe aromatiche con l\u2019aglio, aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti, ed infine l\u2019acqua formando un impasto compatto e malleabile.<br \/>\nCon l\u2019impasto creare un salsicciotto avvolgendolo nella pellicola a pi\u00f9 mandate.<br \/>\nFar bollire il salsicciotto coperto da acqua con zenzero e alloro.
